BAGHBAN - A Hindi Movie which will touch anyone's heart...

There are somethings in life that can really touch your heart and this movie is just of those things. And if it ever is possible, it should be screened in all languages.

This is the link to the different scenes...

This is a story about how two parents raise all their 4 children through all the odds only to realise that their efforts are not valued. They run into diffulties in their old age and are forced to morgage their home. The children are forced to look after their parents as it's the only seemingly right thing to do. So the parents pack their bags but little do they expect that they are to live separately in their children's homes on a 6 months rotational basis. The heartbreaking part here is that the family has to dogs that they love dearly and the children acknowledge the fact that the two dogs are so fond of each other that they should not be separated. Very ironic coz the same children are willing to separate their parents who have lived for so many years. The parents soon learn how much of a stranger they are in their children's homes.

The plot takes a twist as the husband decides to write his book on his life..how his separation from his loving wife and how they sacrificed so much for the children who dont value them. He has an adopted son who values him so much more than his own. The book he wrote sells well and he becomes famous. His children comes crawling back but he refuses to forgive them.

This movie simply teaches us how much we need to value and appreciate our parents. It may be costly to keep both parents but they raised us against all the odds...and didnt separate us in different houses or homes..
